...this here might be a different take on a "heated" issue...this dialogue has had radical environmentalist' scratchin' their noggins for fifteen years...at least...wasn't this the same arguement the iww and the anarchists had up in them gold and silver mines?...anywho...it is important to note that this activist was held in Marion...that is the most heavy duty security facility...leaving aside florence which is a unique animal(subhuman?)...this is where the government transfers folks that they do not want to have any "communications" with their support networks...true story...
...once upon a time there was a radical environmentalist named meyer...it was fortunate that meyer was born into the participatory democracy...that boy sure did enjoy participating...some folks within this democracy had decided that the best way to get everything that they wanted was to use up all the supplies that that everyones mother had given them...now to these people...hey kids...let's just call them "greedheads" awright?...so these greedheads had been taking other peoples stuff for a very long time...there was not much stuff left...so even meyer was a bit anxious because if they take evrything now what will the other women and children of the seventh generation have?...one of the real cool things that would happen in this fine democracy is if some folks thought that the greedheads were taking too much they could go before a judge and the judge would tell the greedheads to cut it out...this worked well for a bit...but greedheads being greedheads...pretty soon the greedheads realeyes'd that if they just took it first and used it they would only have to give back a little bit when the time came...and the greedheads were very good at making it take a long time...this pissed little meyer off bigtime...
...one of the ways that meyer and his friends felt that they could kind of even the playingfield...that was a sports analogy...greedheads love sports...in fact they payed a lot of folks...with money and other stuff... to fill their lives with sports...well meyer always figgered that you can read a box score in a tree sit...well...believe it or not...in the case of an area known as the wild rockies there are some folks who think meyer and his friends saved the northern rockies intil the judges could tell the greedheads to stop...this pissed off the greedheads...
...to make the greedheads stop sometimes meyer would make sure that they could not get to work...sometimes this meant helping the greedheads with their vehicles...like helping them with an electrical problem...or maybe or maybe it was making scenic improvements to the driveway...there were a lot of different ways...and it must be said that the greedheads did not want our help...infact it got so bad that they called the police...and little meyer had to go to court...that where the judges live...so then did meyer on the front yard of the judges house when he and his freinds went to court but that is a different story...lets just say that after a long time in court...that meyer enjoys law and likes to defend himself pro bono/in forma paupris...you kids would be amazed at all the self help law that has been set up to help meyer...well they set it up for the people that the greedheads wanted to kill...but meyer learned that he could use something called precedent to make a point...and when you do that the guy that says you did bad stuff has to shut up...pretty cool huh kids...
...the judge thought that meyer had not treated the greedheads right...he did say that the greedheads had not been very nice...but he still wanted to use meyer as an example...to whom and for what meyer wwill never know...but he wanted meyer to give the government money...meyer said no...the judge said you can do what you want but...next time you see me you had better run...so meyer did...
well the judge caught up with meyer and the olice arrested him for not paying a fine...but that emant a federal warrent and that meant the united states marshall service...now to take meyer to see the judge they kept flying him from one place to another...for three mos...he never did get all those letters his friends and family sent...or money...or nuttin'...can you kids spell con air?...and then he found out that the only reason that all this happened was because one of his friends from back in the day did not keep the mouth shut like they said...them greedheads will use anything to keep taking more...but it is important also to note that the greenscare matter...while in the files and ready to go did not happen until a man named bush and one called cheney were being asked about the fisa revelations for they were the breaking news at the time...meyer felt that the timing of the arrest of animal rights activists was straight to distract from the times story on fisa...so they trotted this on out...this is classic cointelpro...which has been used in say nineteen ninty five over the vandenberg actions...the foiaed fbi documents are on the aclu website...

...this is my first post on this new morning glow...youse kids love that morning glow huh?...weez too!...so let us see...today is a big day...as follows...weez down at the hearing on allegations of improper conduct on the part of the united states justice department...andrew krieg is talking...this is looking good kids..awright...we got this dude saying that he thinks that holder...hey kids...we are going to stop right here and say our prayers...okey dokey and a couple of tokes and we will try a play by play...right now we have elliot minchberg who is a counsel to the house judiciary...he's sayin' that the environment in the department is improving and in fact he just slammed the podium to emphatically insist that holder is changing the culture...my crippled fingers can't keep up with this so kids...iffin' ize was youse...go to cspan three...this'll be on a couple more hours and it is live...as are we all...praise jah kids...later...oh yeah the overview is what is being done with the investigation that was initiated during attorney general gonzalez' reign and what the staus is...as well what the possible future may be...it's the selective prosocution thang...peace...

...so there is bunches and bunches going on...so let i and i tell you kids that we are for sure locked into the southwest for summer...i and i loves the gila wilderness...it is the colors...them sunsets as well...we never quite get the apricots and green turqoise colors that we do when weso it also looks cool to be at ron and joannes for the time...that means that if we want to i and i can walk...very cool...and buds legal for cripples so i and i am happy...ron does computers as well so this might be very cool on the dialogue front if the premise will hold water...
...on the political front...no that is still playing out and we also want to catch the ball...but just as we out to switch on over i and i went to cspan three just looking to keep tabs on the markup for the senate side of the health care...and would'nt you know it there is coburn asking what is the rush...that was the argument under the clinton proposal...youse kids don't have any health care yet does youse?...didn't think so...and on the house side...the grand old party is falling victim to the same tactics that they had been employing to keep the democratic party down for the last eight years..and really eleven if we count the farce that the attempted impeachment of president william clinton was...if you can you know what your buddy in the rules committee has planned you control the flow of debate as well as ammendment rules...basically everything has to go through you...but while that would have a huge stash of political capital i and i figger that youse got to...spend it...yeah that is right!...spend it and now they want more cops...exactly what people need when they are starving...literally...more than ever since the start of the great society...i and i going to the ball...i and i need a hit very very bad...these folks is nutzo huh kids?...
